Since I started to practice Energy Bagua, my sciatica and knee pain disappeared. Not only that, my patience and concentration improved, and my diet is healthier.

After the first 108-day Energy Bagua practice, I was able to sleep from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. waking just once during the night.

After about three months of practicing Energy Bagua, my hearing improved. When teaching my class, I could hear the students’ questions clearly. Also, after practicing Energy Bagua, I went from 205 pounds to 185 pounds. I lost 20 pounds and am so happy!
