Ten years ago when I was in my early 40s, I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. Though I used medication to control my blood-sugar levels, my condition worsened over the years. Despite significantly upping the dosage of my medication, my blood-sugar levels remained elevated.

Benefits of Energy Bagua

In November 2015, I drove my relatives to Milpitas Bodhi Meditation Center for an Energy Bagua class. I had no intention of participating. Little did I know, I would soon reap the benefits of Energy Bagua. On the spot, I decided to join in. One energizing session led to another. Eventually, I found that my blood sugar was normalizing. Seeing this improvement, I was determined to practice Energy Bagua.

During the 108-Day Energy Bagua Program, my sugar level fell drastically from 129 mg/dl to 109 mg/dl. I was also surprised and thrilled that my weight dropped from 190 to 170 pounds (86 to 77 kilograms). It was a joy to buy smaller clothes. My waistline had shrunk by at least two inches. I felt more relaxed and happier.

As a practicing lawyer, my professional life is demanding and full of pressure. I was often too mentally stressed and physically drained at the end of a workday to fully engage with my family. Since walking Energy Bagua on a daily basis,I can feel myself bursting with energy and vigor in mind, body and spirit. I am facing challenges at work with greater clarity and focus. And I have the drive and vitality to spend quality time with my family. We look forward to weekends full of plans such as hiking, and visits to the zoo and museums. It has been a gift to reconnect with my closest loved ones.

I’ve experienced genuine love, warmth and compassion from fellow practitioners. I’ve developed true respect and deep appreciation for Grandmaster JinBodhi for his unconditional love and compassion for the world.

Practicing Walking Meditation

The positive turnaround in my health is obvious to everyone who knows me. They also notice the dramatic change in my attitude toward life and my approach to my career. I have made it my mission to share my new joy with family members, friends and peers. I hope that everyone around me will experience the renewed life that comes with practicing walking meditation.

And I want to uphold the promise I made to myself: to spend a lifetime walking Energy Bagua.
