Since 2000, I’d suffered from severe insomnia. My sleep lasted either half an hour, or an hour at most. At times, I couldn’t sleep at all. The doctor said it was due to menopause and there was no solution. I did not take sleeping pills as I worried about the side effects. Though I tried exercises such as swimming, they didn’t have any effect on my insomnia.
In July 2016, a friend recommended Energy Bagua. After starting the practice, my quality of sleep improved over time. Two months into the practice, my insomnia was completely gone. Now, I sleep from about 11:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. This problem that had bothered me for over a decade is completely resolved. Energy Bagua is so amazing. My utmost gratitude to Grandmaster JinBodhi.
