Energy Bagua,Waist and Leg Pain

Years ago, after giving birth to my children, I was left with many side effects. For more than 10 years, my lower back and abdomen were sore. Whenever it was about to rain, my lower back would ache. It was even more accurate than the weather forecaster. Usually, if I had been standing for some time, my entire body would be sore to the point that I had to sit on a chair to wash my hair.

In 2014, I began to have pain in my right knee which the doctor told me was caused by high uric acid. After that, my entire right leg swelled and my condition gradually became more serious. It was very inconvenient, especially when going to the bathroom. When I was sitting on a chair or lying in bed, it was difficult to get up, and my leg hurt even when I stepped on the accelerator while driving.

In May 2016, I started to practice Energy Bagua in the park. After practicing for two weeks, I realized that the pain in my right leg had eased. After practicing for another month or so, the swelling in my right leg gradually subsided. About two months later, my right leg completely returned to normal. Since then, the swelling and pain haven’t returned.

After two weeks of Energy Bagua practice, I also found that I could stand longer and did not have to sit on a stool to wash my hair. After practicing for a year, I no longer had pain in my lower back and legs even if I had been standing for a long time. My abdomen pain also disappeared and I no longer felt uncomfortable before it rained.

By practicing Energy Bagua, not only can I move freely, but my body is also getting better, and there’s no problem going outdoors or traveling.

I am very grateful to Grandmaster JinBodhi for teaching Energy Bagua and allowing me to have the opportunity to regain my health and no longer be a “weatherman.”
